Due to the perishable nature of our macarons, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once the product has been shipped.

However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will work to resolve the matter promptly.

Which courier do you use for deliveries?
We use Evri for all our UK mainland deliveries.

Do you offer tracking for deliveries?
Yes, all our orders are sent with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link to monitor your delivery in real-time.

Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days after dispatch. Please allow extra time during busy periods such as holidays.

How should I store my macarons?

Macarons should be kept in the fridge in their original box to maintain freshness and texture.

We recommend enjoying your macarons within 5 days of receipt for optimal flavour and quality.

Should macarons be eaten cold or at room temperature?

For the best taste and texture, remove macarons from the fridge and allow them to rest at room temperature for 15–20 minutes before serving.

Can I freeze macarons?

Yes, macarons can be frozen in an airtight container for up to 1 month. Defrost slowly in the fridge for several hours, then bring to room temperature before serving.

Can I travel with macarons?

Macarons are delicate,we recommend keeping them cool, upright, and protected in their box if travelling short distances.
